It feels like the further outside of Vancouver you go though, the fewer people have recommendations on where the best place to eat is. Burnaby isn’t even that far outside of Vancouver but it’s almost like uncharted territories or a promise land of ambrosia that you can explore!
When people think about Burnaby they think: commute. And trust me, I get it. I’m with you. Sometimes I forget that Burnaby is an actual town and not just somewhere you drive past in order to get to your next destination (sorry) but what you may not know and what I found out is that this city is also jam packed with a bunch of hole in the wall spots that aren’t fast food and are so worth the drive.
Offering a plethora of options from fusion to international, pub-like and elegant, Burnaby’s eclectic options are anything but limited.
Just writing this list has sparked my excitement (and triggered my salivating glands) and I’ve already jotted down the places I want to go…which if I’m being honest might be all 21. Sorry, wallet! (And waistline…)
